Guest, Access & Booking Policies

Dear Valued Members,

We are writing to address important club policies that require your immediate attention and cooperation, specifically concerning guest play, court access, and booking procedures.

It has come to our attention that there has been a significant increase in guests using the courts without the required fees being paid. Furthermore, we need to enforce our policy regarding secure access to the premises.

As a club that operates independently without municipal funding, we rely on membership and guest fees to maintain our facilities to the high standard you expect. Unpaid fees and unauthorised access place an unfair financial and security burden on all paying members.

To ensure fairness, security, and the continued financial health of our club, we must insist that all members strictly adhere to the following policies:

• Guests Must Be Accompanied: All guests must be personally accompanied by the hosting member for the entire duration of their visit.
• Guest Fees Are Mandatory: Every guest using the courts must have their fee paid before you play.
• How to Pay: When making your booking, simply use the 'Add a Guest' button, enter their details, and complete the payment online as part of the booking process.
• The Access Codes Are Not to Be Shared: Sharing the club access codes to grant entry to anyone is strictly prohibited. Members are responsible for providing access to their registered and paid-for guests.

Please be aware that members found disregarding these policies may face a fine or suspension of their membership.

A Note on Junior Members

On a related note, we want to remind everyone of our family-friendly policy. Children in primary school or younger do not pay membership fees if a parent is a current member. However, it is essential that these children are still officially registered as members through the normal process to ensure they are on our system.

We trust that we have your full cooperation in upholding these rules, which are vital to keeping Eldoraigne Tennis Club a premier, secure, and affordable place for everyone to enjoy tennis.
