Pay2Play Player (2026)

The Pay2Play option is a flexible access plan designed for occasional tennis players. It is ideal for visitors, beginners, or players who wish to book courts sporadically without the commitment of a full club membership.

Fees & Costs

• Annual Access Fee: R300 per year (Auto-renews annually).

• Joining Fee: None.

• Affiliation: No GNTA, GN, or TSA affiliation is included.

Prepaid E-Wallet

• Minimum top-up: R100 required.

• Method: Top-ups are done exclusively via the Mobile App.

• Usage: The wallet is used for Court Bookings, Floodlights, and other in-app club purchases.

Court Rates (Pro-Rata)

This plan operates on a "User Pays" basis. Court costs are calculated based on the time of day and the number of players.

• Peak Rate: R120 per court / hour

  • Standard: Mon–Thu, 16:00–20:00

• Off-Peak Rate: R60 per court / hour

  • All other times

Note: Peak times and rates are subject to seasonal adjustments.

Floodlights (Pay-As-You-Use)

Lights are not charged upfront during the booking process.

• Activation: Lights can be switched on via the App by any player listed on the active reservation.

• Rate: R35 per hour (billed as R17.50 per 30-minute increment).

• Payment: The fee is deducted immediately from the e-wallet of the player who activates the lights.

Equipment & Attire

• Gear: Players must bring their own racquets and balls. The club does not offer equipment hire.

• Shoes: Non-marking tennis shoes are strictly required. Cross-trainers, running shoes, or casual sneakers that damage the court surface are not permitted.

Booking Rules & Payments

• Booking Window: Courts can be booked 2 days (48 hours) in advance.

• Booker Pays: The player making the booking is responsible for the total payment of the reservation. Fees are deducted immediately from your e-wallet.

• Add All Opponents: You must add all players (opponents/partners) to the booking in the app. This is required to ensure the system calculates the correct rate and grants all players access to light controls.

• Mixed Matches: If you play with Full or Social Members (who play for free), you are only charged for your share of the court.

• Availability: Bookings are subject to availability. Full and Social members have priority booking windows.

• Restrictions: Max 2 hours of active bookings at any time. No access during League, Socials, or Tournaments.

Player & Guest Policy

• Pay2Play Players cannot bring Guests: You may not bring non-member guests. You must book to play with other registered members (Pay2Play, Social, or Full).

• Guest Privilege (Full/Social Only): The privilege of bringing a non-member guest is reserved exclusively for Full and Social Members.

  • Guest Fee: R40 per guest.

1. Social Membership

Cost: R142/pm or R1,540/yr

• Ideal for: Regular players, families, and those seeking social cardio.

• Court Access: Free court usage with a 7-day booking window.

• Events: Access to organized Wednesday Club Socials.

• Guest Privilege: Allowed to bring guests for trial games (R40 guest fee applies).

• Affiliation: Includes TSA Social Affiliation.

2. Full Membership

Cost: R272/pm or R2,970/yr

• Ideal for: Advanced players, competitive athletes, and league players.

• Court Access: Free court usage with a 14-day booking window.

• Events: Exclusive eligibility for Leagues, Club Championships, and all Socials.

• Guest Privilege: Allowed to bring guests for trial games (R40 guest fee applies).

• Affiliation: Includes Full TSA & GNTA Affiliation.
